The RecoLab project in Oceanhamnen, Helsingborg has won the Global Water Awards 2022 in the category Wastewater Project of the Year!
Desah realized the complete design for the new wastewater treatment installation in which black water, grey water and food waste is collected and treated separately.
The source separated wastewater and treatment system has a low energy and water consumption, recovers valuable raw materials, such as fertilizer and biogas, as well as heat and delivers extremely clean water after treatment, which can be reused for various purposes.
